Timing is everything
Your session starts right on time and ends as scheduled. If you arrive late, your session will be shorter (sad, we know). Outfit changes, warm ups, and getting comfy all count as session time so coming prepared means more time in front of the camera.
Shoes & backdrops
We shoot directly on our backdrops which don’t love outdoor shoes. To keep them looking fresh, street shoes stay off in the shooting area.
Most people go barefoot or wear socks. It looks amazing on camera.
If shoes are important to your look, bring a clean pair and make sure the soles are fully taped. You can do this at home or arrive a little early to use the tape we provide. Please treat the backdrops gently. Damage may incur a charge.
Snacks, drinks & smoke breaks
Food and drinks stay outside the studio (water is always welcome).
Smoking, vaping, alcohol, glitter, confetti, bubbles, or anything messy are a no-go — as magical as they may seem.
Hands off the gear
Our lights, camera, and monitor are professionally set for the best results. Please don’t move or adjust equipment. If you’re unsure about anything, just ask. We’re right there.
Leave it lovely
Please return the studio as you found it. If anything gets damaged during your session, you may be charged for repairs or replacement.
You & your crew
You’re responsible for yourself, your guests, your kids, and your belongings while in the studio.
Group size
Up to six people works best. Bigger group? Drop us an email or DM us in Instagram first and we’ll see what we can do.
Respect the space
The studio must be used respectfully and appropriately. Illegal or unsuitable use means the session ends immediately, without a refund.
What’s Inside the Studio
We keep things minimal so you stay centre stage. No photographer, no costumes. Just a beautifully set space and total creative control.
You’ll have access to:
- Two backdrops are always available: white and black. We also have seasonal backdrops – you can check our socials for the season’s colours
- Professional lighting
- DSLR camera with remote trigger
- Live preview monitor (so you can pose, click, repeat)
- Dressing area and makeup corner
- Bluetooth speaker to set the mood
- Phone tripod for behind-the-scenes or content
- A curated mix of seating
- Studio fan for a little drama and movement
- A cosy reception area and full length mirror for a quick selfie
- Private toilet facilities
